Apartment Locating
Yes! Our service is always 100% FREE to you. We are paid a referral fee from the thousands of properties we work with across the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplexes. All we ask is that you list your locator as your referral source on the application.
We cover the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplexes!
Typically, we can get pricing and availability for about 60 days in advance of your move, but we can start exploring potential options sooner…don’t hesitate to reach out to us as early as 6 months from your move date!
The apartments that we specialize in start their rates at the following price points:
One Bedroom – $1300,
Two Bedroom – $1700,
Three Bedroom – $2600.
There is always wiggle room, but we want to be real with you about the current apartment market rates to ensure our agents will be the best resource!
List The Realm Agency as your referral source when you tour and again when you apply for an apartment! There will be a spot on the application to select a locator/real estate agent!
Ask your agent about virtual and remote tours! We’ll do everything we can to get you videos and/or pictures of the property to help you make a decision from afar!
It’s extremely rare to find furnished apartments in Dallas and Fort Worth. The properties we specialize in are normally completely unfurnished, but we can help connect you with furniture rental companies!
Most apartment complexes are pet friendly, but some do have restrictions on breeds that are considered aggressive.
We work with 6+ month lease terms, but you’ll typically get the best rate on a 12+ month lease term. Properties charge a premium for shorter term leases, so prices can go up significantly! With that said, the apartments that we specialize in start their short-term rates at the following price points:
One Bedroom – $1600,
Two Bedroom – $2000,
Three Bedroom – $3000.
More often than than not, even the smallest amount of money owed to a business will prevent apartment complexes from approving your application. (This includes rental debts)
The properties we work with don’t allow felonies, misdemeanors, or evictions.
Proration means dividing something up proportionally. So, when we give a self prorated price, we’ve divided any up-front specials/concessions the property is offering up across your entire lease term. Usually the property will put the special as a credit on your account, so you can divide it up across your lease term.
